VOLUME--No problem!!  Upon request we can provide references verifying simultaneous projects totaling 80,000+  inspections completed prior to deadlines required.  We can discount or flat rate volume re-underwriting campaigns.

HIGH VALUE HOMES
We provide two packages with this program. They are designed to save you time and money. The first is the MODIFIED HIGH VALUE. This program was designed for the lower end high value home. It ranges from $ 400,000 to $ 600,000 price range. It does not require an appointment but gives you a short narrative, diagram, replacement cost, and enough pictures to cover any exposures.

The FULL HIGH VALUE includes an interior inspection with photographs documenting unusual construction features. All appointments are scheduled with the agent’s knowledge and help to ensure full cooperation of the insured. This report comes with a full detailed narrative, underwriting data sheet, and the replacement cost estimator.

MOBILE HOME PACKAGE
The mobile home package is basically the same as the residential home, but with a practical approach to low value properties.  One of the differences is that we concentrate on the neighborhood environment. If the home is on a dirt road, we are going to provide you with a photograph of access to the dwelling.
