COMMERCIAL SERVICES
PROPERTY OBSERVATION
The short form inspection
report is well suited for small risks such as retail stores, small
apartment buildings, small auto repair shops,
etc.
 These
short form inspection reports contain underwriting information in the form
of a check-off sheet along with brief narrative for more detailed information
such as hazards, and recommendations.
All reports include 2 color photographs; 1-front
and 1-rear as well as any hazard that might be observed.
COMPREHENSIVE PACKAGE REPORTS
These package reports can be either
100% narrative or a combination form report along with narrative additive.
These reports are the SMP type report addressing all coverage built on
the basic fire and liability format.
Additives would include a diagram showing dimensions
and exposures. If needed we would also include a replacement cost appraisal
on the building (s). This report is rich in photos of the risk
including any hazards/liabilities noted.
 WIND
PROGRAM
We have instituted a wind inspection
program that will allow you to verify roof condition and hurricane clips
or tie down straps when possible. This can be added in with any inspection
and comes with a minimum 1 hour charge.

COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL
All commercial department personnel have insurance company loss control, engineering, or commercial construction
experience. Chip Hansell, Vice President Commercial Lines, licensed
appraiser and CPCU candidate.
